Contact and Useful Sites

My hope for this site is to provide support for others who have found themselves in a similar position to myself.

If you would like to ask me any questions, please feel free to contact me using the contact form

There are many other sites around that can provide support for those going through transplants, those who have been affected by liver disease and their friends and family.

Here are a few that have helped me through my journey so far. If you know of any more, please feel free to let me know!

Children's Liver Disease Foundation
Supporting Children and the families of children with liver disease. CLDF also helps to make the transition from Childcare to Adult Care as smooth as possible

The British Liver Trust produces a wide range of material to make understanding liver disease easier for patients and families. They also fund research into liver disease related projects to help with diagnosis, treatment and to look into cures for liver disease.

Live Life, Give Life encourages people to sign up to the organ donor register. They also fund initiatives to improve the welfare of (and outcome for) patients in need or receipt of organ tissue transplants.

NHS Organ Donation is the place to go to sign up to donate!!
